Confirming a Reservation
What happens when I make a reservation enquiry?
All reservations enquiries will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the service you requested has been fully booked.
How much Advance do I pay and when?
Normal Time - 50 % of the Invoice Amount.
During festival periods, weekends, high season or special events - 100 % of Invoice Amount.
How to make the Balance Payment and when?
Balance Payment to be settled on Arrival Day before comencing the tour.
What sort of Acknowledgement will I receive when I make a booking?
When the booking is confirmed (by email), you are requested to deposit the Advance Payment (into our Bank Account) towards Confirmation before the Cut Off Date Provided in the Mail.
Upon receipt of the Advance Payment into our Account, your reservation will be confirmed and a Service Voucher will be issued.
What is a Service Voucher?
Once the service is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a Service Voucher detailing all the reservation conditions. We invite you to make a printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in or availing the service. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.
How long does it take to get a Confirmation?
Normally 24 Hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...) after the Advance Payment reaches our Bank Account.
It may sometimes take only a few hours. we are trying our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
- Service Voucher will be issued on receipt of Advance Payment into our account before Cutt Off Date.
- Driver contact details will be given 01 day prior to the commencement of your tour (before 6.30 pm)
- You are advised to carry a copy of your ID Proof and to present it to the Resort at the time of check in.
Our Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel a booking, the below Cancellation Charges will be applicable on the Total Tour Cost / Total Service Cost.
- 25% for cancellations made more than 30 days preceding your Tour Start Date / Service Start Date.
- 50% for cancellations made 30 days to 15 days preceding your Tour Start Date / Service Start Date.
- 100% for cancellations made less than 15 days preceding your Tour Start Date / Service Start Date.
- Cancellations are not allowed for tour bookings done for travel dates during Festival Periods or Peak Dates.
Any policies dictated by the service provider will always supercede those stated here.
Also be informed that Cancellation Requests have to be made to the corresponding Email ID’s that you receive the confirmation from. We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.
In case of any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, Govt. Taxes, Fuel Etc.., we are bound to augment the same.
Any Hotel / Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guaranteed basis.
